Cheap, private bathroom, great staff

The air conditioning is not regulated.

it's convenient, but the environment is not great.

Modern exceptionally clean property, it has service-minded and very efficient staff at all times. Make sure you stay in the single room with eco leather chairs, fresh towels, as example. The location is peaceful, 1 km from Chinatown

The room was compact but tidy, ideal for storing luggage under the bed. Fantastic location with subway access just a short walk away.

Serviceminded and helpfull staff, central location near to subways, a bit "exotic" environment in Chinatown.

The "breakfast" was miserable, but there were several cheap breakfast-restaurants near to the hotel. The beds were very hard, but a friendly staff helped to get several blankets to put upon the mattress, which made it tolerable. The hotel is recommended to get new mattresses anyhow!!

The breakfast was sensational and the place was clean. The staff was lovely and positive. The queen room was bright with the essentials.

The hotel was very reasonably priced and near to subway station. The train that a few people have complained about didn't bother us at all and although we could hear it it didn't keep us up even though we were at the front of the building nearest the tracks.

It was in the centre of chinatown which wasn't very convenient for us for amenities.

Perfect Location with Friendly Staff

The location was perfect, just a short walk to spots like Little Italy and Brooklyn Bridge. The staff was friendly, providing valuable tips on where to eat and explore. My room was cozy and surprisingly quiet despite being close to busy areas. I wish there were more garbage bags in the room to help manage waste .

only one thing is bad that I saw lot of hair on my bed. It makes me feel disgusting. Actually, the room was clean.....but why didn't clean hair. It meant someone was sleeping there without changing the sheet

They gave me a room with newly installed sound proof windows. It works great,I slept vey well. The satff is great, I am really happy about my stay in this hotel and have a very nice New York experience.

The room was small yet very clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and offered great local dining tips. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway. Quiet nights made for restful sleep 🌟

We choose to stay here for two major reasons: 1.very close to a bus station from where go to Washington DC 2. very good price. It turns out the hotel is very nice; well organized and quite room, friendly staff.
